For clients who have a destination and dates set and who will reserve bookings themselves according to detailed LPS itinerary

Research and recommendations of transportation, accommodations, excursions, and restaurants

Incorporation of client feedback throughout the whole process so we can tailor the trip to exactly what you want

Detailed itinerary provided to client with specific booking recommendations, daily schedules, and need-to-know context about the destination

Itinerary review sessions as needed to obtain client feedback and refine trip plan

Itinerary agreement finalized well in advance of trip departure, allowing time for client to make bookings

Additional $500 charge if trip is within 6 weeks

Additional $75 charge per day for trips longer than 8 days

Tier 2: Full Service Booking

For clients who want an all-inclusive service, from destination selection to booking reservations​

Introductory brainstorming and planning session

Recommendations of destinations and timelines based on client’s needs and desires for the trip

Research, recommendations, and booking of transportation, accommodations, excursions, and restaurants

Detailed itinerary provided to client with specific booking confirmations, daily schedules, and need-to-know context about the destination

Itinerary review sessions to obtain client feedback and refine trip plan

Support with visas, travel insurance, and special requirements
