“The attention to detail and personalized service [from] Katie made all the difference.”
- Tim

What is a typical guest count for your weddings?

Building your guest list intentionally is of utmost importance to us. We want you to celebrate your wedding with the people who matter most to you, not with every acquaintance you know or distant relative you feel obligated to invite. Just your most cherished people. For you, that might mean the two of you and your 10 best friends, or an intimate group of 30-50 which is great for a meaningful celebration but also big enough to feel like a fun party. Or, if you and your partner have cherished loved ones from all stages of your lives, maybe you have a list of 100 "can't imagine my wedding day without you" people. Each of our clients have different sized "villages". As long as your guest list is comprised of people you truly love and cherish, that's the most important thing.

What if we don’t know what we want yet?

That’s completely normal! You don’t need to have a vision in mind yet. Our services don't just include wedding planning, they include wedding design as well. We’ll help you figure out what matters to you, what doesn’t, and what will actually make your wedding feel meaningful. We've seen so much in the wedding industry, and we can help you come up with a vision you didn't even know was possible!

When should we hire a wedding planner?

Ideally, as early as possible. Most of our clients book us shortly after getting engaged so we can guide every decision from the start and prevent costly or misaligned choices.

What budgets do your clients typically have?

Our clients typically invest $25,000–$50,000+ for elopements and micro-weddings, and $75,000–$100,000+ for more design-forward or multi-day celebrations. This varies depending on location, guest count, and overall vision, but our work is best suited for couples who value quality, experience, and thoughtful details over doing things the most cost-effective way. If your top priority is keeping things as inexpensive as possible, we may not be the best fit, and that’s okay!

Do you offer day-of coordination?

We offer full service wedding planning and partial service wedding planning, but not day-of or month-of coordination. This is because we take immense pride and care in the weddings we plan. We do not want to come into the picture at the 11th hour and be held responsible for the execution of a wedding that was not planned to our high standards. Check out our Services page for full details on all our service offerings!

What if we want to have a non-traditional wedding?

Then we'd be a great fit! Our top priority is giving our clients a wedding celebration that is authentic to them, regardless of what tradition dictates or what friends/family/society expects. If for you that means picking and choosing which traditions you want to include, that's excellent. If for you that means creating a wedding day/weekend/week format completely from scratch, that's amazing!!! And, we can't wait to help you achieve that dream.

Do you help plan other wedding-related events?

Absolutely! Most of our weddings are multi-day affairs, often including a welcome celebration the day before the wedding, and a farewell brunch the day after. We also plan itineraries and things do to for your visiting guests, so they have the best experience possible all weekend. We can also offer honeymoon planning services as one of our specialties! If you want our team to plan other events related to your wedding, such as showers, bachelor/ette parties, etc., we can absolutely include that too.

Are you LGBTQIA+ friendly?

Abso-frieken-lutely. And if you do not support gay rights, trans rights, women's rights, immigrants' rights, or human equality as a whole, there is no need for you to inquire to work with us.

How do we know if we're a good fit?

Before we make things official, we'll have a 30 minute consult call to meet each other. You can ask us all your questions, and we'll also be evaluating you to make sure the vibes are good for everyone. Overall though, you’ll likely love working with us if: - You’re drawn to intimate, experience-driven weddings - You’re open to non-traditional ideas - You value guidance and expertise - You’re investing in a thoughtful experience for you and your guests We may not be the best fit if: - You’re planning a large, traditional, ballroom wedding with 200+ guests - Your priority is keeping costs as low as possible - You’re looking for minimal support or coordination-only services - You're an a*****e

“[Katie] was diligent and detail-oriented, always making
sure to ask important questions that we hadn’t even
thought of ourselves.”
- Kenna

We're so passionate about giving couples a celebration that breaks the mold and feels special to them.  Why?  Because that's what our founder and CEO Katie wanted for her own wedding, but was pressured into sticking to tradition - a decision she wishes she could go back and change.
