Partial Service Wedding Planning & Design
Flat Rate Pricing of $4,800, with options for additional a la carte services.

Partial planning is for couples who have already started planning (venue and 1–3 vendors booked) and want a trusted pro to take over logistics, vendor coordination, timelines, and design details so the last months run smoothly and their day actually feels relaxed.

Professional help with logistics, floor plans, timeline, vendor management, procuring final vendors, and on-site wedding day execution.

Partial planning services begin 5 months prior to the wedding date.

Initial on-boarding discovery meeting (video or in-person) to review vision, priorities, current vendor list, budget, and outstanding tasks.

Vendor audit conducted by our team to review existing vendor contracts and confirmation of what’s included (we'll understand the scope of contract so we can manage it appropriately and note any red flags we see. Note that this is advice from our professional wedding planning team, not legal advice).

Vendor research, recommendations, and procurement assistance (including contract review) for remaining vendors to be contracted.

Budget review and allocation suggestions for remaining items.

Frequent email communication and regular check-in calls, vendor contracting and management, budget management, and project plan execution throughout the entire process

Planning and on-site management of day-before rehearsal. Planning for rehearsal dinner (planner not present at rehearsal dinner)

Creation and execution of detailed plan and timeline for ceremony and reception celebration

Creation of day-of schedule and Roles and Responsibilities documents to be shared and reviewed with other vendors as applicable

On-site day-of execution: schedule enforcement, venue and vendor management, address issues that arise in real-time

Additional $1,000 charge if wedding is within 3 months
